31st August 2018, Friday. We had a beautiful coffee morning with new and current parents at the International School of Samui. This is a yearly tradition in our school, which is just another way of helping our new families settle down and show them that they are a part of a kind, caring and friendly community of families.
This year, we are privileged to welcome about 40 new additions to our student body. Not all new parents were able to attend the coffee morning as some are still travelling. However, we were happy with the reception from our current parents. We appreciate the hospitality extended and camaraderie that is just beginning.
To our parents, this is one of the reasons they are happy about the school. It is a very common comment from parents that our students love to get up in the morning and go to school. We believe it is the same for parents. They look forward to seeing other parents who have become their friends.
To all the parents who were able to join us on Friday, thank you! And for the rest who have missed it, we will have more opportunities to connect with other families this year, and we're looking forward to it!
