Friday, 15th June 2018. The teachers, students and parents in primary school celebrated the successes and achievements of the children for the whole academic year 2017/2018.
It was a fine afternoon which included some music recital performances from select pupils:
Julian (Year 5) performed the "Final countdown" piano piece. Watch it here.
Marvin (Year4) performed "Blackbird" on guitar. Watch it here.
Emma (Year 6), Leila (Year 3) and Kirill (Year 3) sang "All of Me" with Mr Gubbins playing the guitar. Watch it here
Max (Year 6) sang and played his own composition with Mr Gubbins, entitled "Burn After Reading." Watch it here
After this, we wasted no time in giving recognition to the most hardworking, most improved and highest achieving students in primary. And we're delighted to see different faces too, which only proves that our students excel in different areas. Sure, we have students who also bagged more than one certificate, which is truly admirable.
Once again, we would like to congratulate Mork and Micah for winning the COBIS Art Competition 2018 and putting our school on the map!
