This week our focus has been on well being, with the addition of those elements of the timetable that are non-academic into the online timetable across the school.
Year 5 put on their stretchy clothes, took their devices outside and took part in a live Yoga lesson with Finns mum, Shannon.
We all felt so grateful to have a qualified yoga teacher, leading us through this practice. It made us feel "energised", "calm" and also "worn out!"
Just because we are at home, it doesn't mean we cannot exercise as a class. This certainly made us all feel very connected.
